Arkane Studios shared via IGN the latest gameplay of the game, featuring one of the strongest vampire variants, the Rook.
Unfortunately, the demo was not well received by the almost 80,000 viewers, as at the time of writing it has over 4,400 dislikes, compared to 1,016 likes, according to DualShockers.

Why new gameplay of redfall Didn’t the fans like it?
The problem is that the fault lies not so much with the gameplay of the game itself, but with the players. We say this because in the fight session against the Rook there are a lot of cuts in the middle of the fight, which for some reason starts inside a house.
As if that were not enough, the player makes very questionable decisions for gameplay purposes, such as leaving the team in the middle of combat for some reason and going to another section of the map, precisely to a garage, to apparently look for loot, unsuccessfully, while his teammates they are disabled and, once in the garage, take out a rifle to fight the Rook.
The foregoing together makes the gameplay not so attractive to watch, which could affect the image that fans have of the title. Let’s remember that the concept that the title has projected has not been fully liked by the players, something that is worrying if we take into account that the game is just a few weeks away from its launch. The problem is that it’s the only place where you can see the Rook gameplay, so some questioned Arkane’s decision to present the game in this exclusive way and that the studio does not do it itself.
In case you missed it: Arkane backtracked and will remove an item from redfall which angered the players.
Most of the viewers distinguished that it was more an error of the players who tried the title and not so much of the game, but there were others who also criticized elements of the game itself, such as one that points out that it looks like a “free-to-play game”. -play” or that feels like a title in Alpha state.
It is important to remember that this is not the first time something similar has happened. The players also got a bad impression from sonic frontiers when its original gameplay was presented, but fortunately the response from the fans was different when the title was ready and they were able to test it on their own.
