“There is going to be rain and, in fact, rains await us until February 2023. For this reason, the district cabinet declared a public calamity in Bogotá due to an emergency rain, so that we can have all the resources we need, make the more effective recruitment to continue attending emergencies“said the president.

The emergency in La Calera
