The Forge mode of halo-infinite it’s just around the corner and there are a lot of excited players. Thanks to its technical tests we know that the modality has a lot of potential and the players have shown it with incredible creations.

Now, a passionate fan of the franchise has presented a very striking project: a Halo in 2D that was developed and runs on Forge. I even design an arcade cabinet inside halo-infinite for all stakeholders to test your project in the future.

Player created a new Halo thanks to Forge mode

Red Nomster decided to take advantage of the potential of the Forge mode to pay homage to the franchise. This is how he exploited the tools created by 343i to design and develop a 2D side-scrolling Master Chief adventure.

The game is played in an arcade that the player also created thanks to the potential of Forge. The title is quite straightforward and has a simple look; however, it demonstrates what the new modality of halo-infinite.

Nomster accepted that his project is not perfect for now, since he did it with a previous version of Forge. This causes some unexpected issues on the map, but he expects these to be fully resolved once the mode debuts as such.

The interesting thing is that the player shared part of his work on YouTube. The community praised his work, believing it to have a lot of potential. For this reason, players are already waiting for other Nomster projects. Below you can see the video:
