We say this because in a new message to commemorate One Piece Day, on its 26th anniversary, Oda revealed that on multiple occasions he requested reshoots because he did not like certain shots, to which the production agreed.
“Even after filming ended, there were numerous scenes that the production agreed to reshoot because I didn’t feel they were good enough to fit into the universe. [de la serie]”Oda said (via Comic Book).
