The Condusef had alerted on its site that the adhesion contract 1853-004-037052/04-00920-04203 was modified since April 4 without receiving authorization from it.
“They are informed that registering a contract and its modifications without prior authorization from the Condusef, and contravening public order regulations may result in the nullity of the contract,” the authority said.
Nu said in the position sent to Expansión that the version of the credit card contract that has been published on its website, in the application and in the Condusef Adhesion Contract Registry, is the contract that was authorized by that same entity. in November 2022.
