Today is news day in the Chromebook sector. After the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus with its 15.6-inch OLED screen, now it is the turn of Lenovo with two more modest models in specifications, but with some details to highlight such as their convertible tablet format.

We talk about the Lenovo Chromebook Duet and its Chromebook Duet EDU G2 varianta Chromebook in convertible tablet format with accessory keyboard that stands out for its 11-inch screen of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels in 16:10 format capable of reaching 400 nits of brightness.

Inside we have a MediaTek Kompanio 838 SoC accompanied by four or eight GB of RAM depending on the model chosen. There is also the option to choose 64 GB or 128 GB eMMC type internal storage. We have USB-C type 3.0 connectivity, microphone and audio connector, two 1W speakers, WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3, and an 8 MP rear and 5 MP front camera system.

They are made of TPU to add resistance and not increase the weight, remaining at 510g of tablet, with 288g of keyboard and 148g of the case.

Lenovo promises autonomy of up to 12 hours, and all this with adjusted prices of $340 and $320 for both versions with 3 months of Google’s Gemini assistant.
