today we were able to see a change by Microsoft that will come through an update to its latest generation consolesand that has some curious implications, and that is that although we would normally think that the startup animation of any device is made to “fill in” the time that passes while the system loads, in this case it seems to be different.
Microsoft has had to shorten the time that the startup animation lasts due to the latest optimizations made to the consolewhich have made the console boot up significantly shorter than the original boot animation, which was tailored to the previous boot time.
It is for this reason, as we see in the tweet above, that Microsoft has cut about five seconds of this animation, so that the console can boot as quickly as possible. It should be noted that the console booted up more slowly due to the lack of received optimizations, and not because of the length of the boot animation.
In any case, it is a more than grateful improvement and will enhance the experience for all Xbox Series X and Series S users.
