Six Karma's OnFleek currently leads the list of best players of the split

After a couple of series in which Estral Esports and Isurus emerged victorious, the second week of the Latin American League of League of Legends He continued his course with 2 confrontations that completely moved the general table.

To open with today’s day, it was the turn of Six Karma and All Knights to demonstrate their strengths in a best of 3, which ended up extending to the last instance after several moments of tension and a lot of strategy involved.

Six Karma reverses the score and conquers the knights

On the way to this duel, Six Karma placed his name among the favorites of the Opening 2023 by having swept The Kings in his debut, denting the recently promoted crown with the incorporation of new signings and a high-level technical staff.

In contrast, All Knights were coming off a tough loss against Movistar R7, who wasted no time in aggressively harassing them in both games of their series. With much to prove to their home crowd, the gentlemen had a tough task in front of them as they faced off against one of the season’s potential finalists,

Against all odds, the first game of the day began with All Knights taking the lead, getting 3 early kills from Nicolás “Viciun” Bravo with his Lucian. This after a couple of initiations by the Six Karma duo, in which they ended up overextending to try to even the score.

The Green Wave responded to this with heavy pushes in the mid lane, where they did their best to deny Francisco “Leza” Jara and gain control in this sector of the map. Meanwhile, Lee “Chieftain” Jae-yub continued his campaign, taking the first few dragons in the game, putting him in better position heading into the 15-minute mark.

6K’s siege of Leza continued with a Harbinger hit their tower, so the knights would clamp down and attack their opponents directly, allowing them to break through mid lane. At 20 minutes, All Knights wasted no time in securing Baron Nashor, which would soon take effect as he had enough to finish off every opponent he encountered.

The kill counter began to peel off more and more, and with the elemental soul in the hands of the opposing side, Six Karma made one last attempt to extend the game in the Baron’s Pit. But this would not work for them, since the knights did not even give them a chance to get close, so after a chase and an ultra offensive, AK put the first mark of him in the series.

Despite such an unexpected result, 6K managed to rally and quickly took the second game lead, this time doing their best to neutralize Chieftain early in the game. The strategy would pay off for them as they took the lead with 5 kills to their credit, plus several turrets and a couple of dragons before the 20th minute mark.

The game would become very quiet from here, as both squads concentrated on gathering resources and clearing vision until they reached their peak power. However, AK came close to stealing the Baron’s upgrade by unsuccessfully entering the pit, with Chieftain escaping empty-handed to defend the base from him.

By 29 minutes, 6K had already secured the dragon’s soul, which led to a constant pressure that could not be contained any longer. All Knights would go down trying to nail down a fight where they fell into the clutches of An “Meaning” Ji-min’s Gnar, so for the first time this season, we would have a third game within the new format.

The third and final matchup brought us some tense moments as 6K very easily got first blood while a review pause brought the game to a complete halt. After a short wait, the game was summed up with several exchanges between the 2 teams, in which the knights gave the Green Wave a good fight even though they were unable to secure the advantage.

Six Karma continued to secure objectives while making its presence felt throughout the Rift, using heavy split pressure that passed over the knight structures. On the other hand, All Knights was lost at times, letting go of certain specific errors that ended up decanting the game.

Towards the end, the gold difference reached over 10 thousand gold, and with every upgrade available to them, the Green Wave managed to exterminate all All Knights after closing the game at 32 minutes, giving them 2 valuable points to the position table.

For now, Six Karma now sits in second place in the split after Estral Esports’ landslide victories, so they may have what it takes to shake the tournament leader once they meet.

And unfortunately for All Knights fans, the Knights squad looks like they will have a tough road to go if they want to advance to the playoffs, so their next duel against INFINITY will be more than important if they want to stay on their feet.

But tell us, what did you think of this matchup? Do you think All Knights will be able to survive their next clashes? Tell us in the comments.
