April 19 (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, Hosein Amirabdolahian, asserted this Friday that the media related to the “Zionist regime” have tried in recent hours to “magnify” the Israeli attack on the town of Isfahan with the aim of adding a victory to Israel.

“The media supporters of the Zionist regime tried, in a desperate attempt, to extract a victory from their repeated defeat and magnify this issue,” said Amirabdolahian, who stressed that the Israeli “mini drones” have caused almost no damage.

The highest representative of Iranian diplomacy spoke in these terms at the end of a meeting in New York with the ambassadors of the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, according to information collected by the Iranian news agency IRNA.

The Israeli Army carried out a drone attack this Friday morning against the city of Isfahan, in central Iran, in response to the barrage of missiles launched last weekend by Tehran, which in turn represented a reaction to the Israeli bombing of the Iranian Consulate in Damascus, Syria.
