Intel has presented Processor, the new brand Under which the processors designed for computers belonging to the entry range will be framed, and which will be developed together with the flagship brands Core, Evo and vPro.
Intel Processor is Intel’s new brand for entry-level computers. With it, the company seeks to simplify the offer, which involves withdrawing the brands that are currently found in this type of equipment, Pentium and Celeron.
The company ensures that the new brand “does not imply changes to the current Intel product offering and its roadmap”, as stated in a statement published in the Web official.
“This update simplifies the offering for brands across all PC segments to enable and improve communication with Intel customers on each product’s value proposition, while making the buying experience easier for customers,” he explains.
Intel maintains that it will continue to focus on its flagship brands: Intel Core, Intel Evo and Intel vPro. And he anticipates that the new Processor brand will arrive with the portable products of 2023.
