Through YouTube, the Spanish content creator shared a video that worried more than one. He explained that he has lost motivation, despite this he will not abandon everything he has advanced.
“These last three weeks I have not trained as much as the previous weeks and I want to explain why…”, Ibai began to detail. “I have lost a bit of motivation.
