Tesla is another company that has begun to venture into autonomous vehicles, but the tests of these cars have not had favorable performances, and have resulted in accidents.

The self-driving car market size is estimated at $41.1 billion in 2024, and is expected to reach $114.54 billion by 2029, growing at a CAGR of 22.75% over the forecast period, according to the market research company Mordor Intelligence.
