The Department of Social Prosperity, in charge of the Citizen Income programlaunched a very useful application a while ago: a specific calculator so that each household knows precisely what amount they will receive in their payment cycle. How is it used?

TOFurthermore, if any member of the household receives #VATRefund, the value will be included,” they recently stated in a publication on social networks.
Below is the step by step:
1. Enter the site: https://calculadora.prosperidadsocial.gov.co/
2. Choose the department.
3. Choose the municipality
4. Select the number of people that make up the beneficiary household, according to age:
– Between 0 and 5 years.
– Between 6 and 11 years old.
– Between 12 and 17 years old.
– Between 18 and 29 years old.
– Between 30 and 59 years old.
– Over 60 years old.
5. Ready: the amount that will be charged will be revealed through the enabled means.

How do I know if I have a Citizen Income transfer?

Beneficiaries of Citizen Income are notified of the transfer through a text message on their cell phones. There they will tell them which place they should go to collect the payment.
However, all beneficiaries have the possibility of entering the Banco Agrario platform to verify it:
– Enter the link https://consultagiros.bancoagrario.gov.co/ConsultaPagos/Consulta.aspx
– Enter document type and number.
– Accept data processing.
– Click on the ‘Consult’ button.

To know if you are registered to receive financial assistance from any Citizen Income intervention line, you must follow the following steps;
1) Enter the Social Prosperity website: https://rentaciudadana.prosperidadsocial.gov.co/
2) Click on the section: “Check if you are registered”.
3) Enter your document number.
4) Enter the date on which your ID was issued.
5) Check if your home is included in the Citizen Income list.
In the event that your household is enrolled in the program, the Commitment and Co-responsibility Act must be signed to complete your registration to Renta Ciudadanto. The registration process can also be carried out in person through the municipal mayor’s offices.
The objective of Citizen Income is to mitigate social inequality and guarantee food security through a comprehensive approach that takes into account multiple dimensions of poverty, such as health, education and access to basic services.
