How to Enable Sleep Reminders on TikTok and Other Unplugging Hacks

Daily screen time on TikTok

Daily Screen Time is a screen time management setting that lets you manage your TikTok usage. It lets you set a daily screen time limit and receive a notification on TikTok when you reach it.

You can turn this option on or off at any time. You can also view your screen time summary in your action center.

How to add daily screen time

From the application

1. Click ‘Profile’ at the bottom.

2. Press the button‘Menu’, is represented by three horizontal lines at the top, followed by the ‘Settings and privacy’ button.

3. Tap ‘Screen Time’ and then ‘Daily Screen Time’.

4. Follow the steps in the app to set or edit a daily limit. You can choose from several options or set a custom limit for each day.

To turn off Daily Screen Time, follow the steps above and then turn off the time limit.

Screen time breaks on TikTok

You can schedule Screen Time breaks to receive reminders to take a break from TikTok after an uninterrupted period of screen time. You can turn break reminders on or off at any time.

How to add a screen time break

1. Click ‘Profile’ at the bottom.

2. Press the ‘Menu’ button and go to ‘Settings and privacy’.

3. Tap ‘Settings & privacy’.

4. Tap ‘Screen Time’, then ‘Screen Time Breaks’.

5. Follow the steps outlined in the app to schedule or edit your Screen Time break.
