How much is the maximum and minimum that you can transfer through the Bancolombia app?

Bancolombia launched a new app called ‘My Bancolombia’ and many users are adapting to this new update. In this context, the banking entity revealed How much is the maximum and minimum limit that can be transferred according to Bre-B.

Along these lines, the renowned bank indicated that there is a money transfer limit. “For 2025, the Bank of the Republic defined $10,951,000 as the limit per transaction. This value changes every year,” they officially stated.

And they added: “For security, each bank can manage lower limits. Even you can manage your limits individually.”

Precisely, Bre-B is the distinctive brand of the immediate and interoperable payment service in Colombia, which seeks to offer an easy, fast and immediate payment system that promotes financial inclusion.

“Bre-B will become part of the interoperability services in our country, where platforms already known as Transfiya will connect with each other, which allows users to make transfers between different financial entities in a matter of seconds, making people’s lives easier with one-click digital payments. This system is expected to come into operation from the second half of 2025 and will be available to users from the applications of financial entities,” they indicated from Bancolombia.

What are Bancolombia’s daily limits?

The Daily transactional limits vary by channel that each client uses in Bancolombia.

The general amount is $30,000,000 per day. “If you want to modify it to raise or lower it, go to a Physical Branch. When we make the adjustment, personalize your limits in our virtual channels or through the Telephone Branch,” they advised.

“All Savings and Checking Accounts have a transfer limit. The minimum amount through any of the Bank’s channels is $1. When you need a value greater than that established in Bancolombia, go to a Physical Branch. If it does not exceed this limit, modify it through the People Virtual Branch or the Telephone Branch,” they added.
