We have all seen ourselves in the situation of not knowing which verb form we should use. Let’s see, oh, there is, there…there are a thousand different forms given the rich language we have, but many times it is complicated. We leave you some apps that could get you out of trouble.
As always, technology is there to help us and solve our big questions quickly and easily. Our language includes thousands of different ways of writing the same word, but depending on the spelling we use, it means one thing or another.
Just to give the example that we found in the headline, “to see” and “to have” are two homophones, that is, they sound the same, but have different definitions, uses and spellings and this is where the problems come.
In the first case, we find different uses such as asking the interlocutor to let us check something, showing expectation or interest in knowing something or to attract attention. In the second case, it is simpler, since it can be an auxiliary, followed by a participle (have arrived before) or simply be an infinitive.
Well, with all this, On our smartphone we can find some apps that will help us explain the use of one word or another and how it is written in a very simple way.
One of these cases is “How to write well”, an app with which you will learn the rules of punctuation, accentuation and writing, something that is forgotten over the years, but it is very important if you want to write correctly.
On the other, we have “Spanish Spelling Course”, in which, thanks to all its extensive educational material, we will review the spelling rules in Spanish, use of the letters B, V, C, Z, S, X, R, RR, accents and accents, capitalization, punctuation rules, syntax and more.
Of course, you also have at your disposal RAE and ASALE applications (it has forums and offices where they explain how to use grammar) and Wordreference so that you can quickly consult any spelling doubt that may arise. It’s as simple as accessing them and, just as you would on your computer, searching for the desired word.
The Wordreference app in particular has numerous options, from knowing how a word is spelled correctly to translations into different languages.
