Normally, when we land on the island of freefire we look for a weapon to carry out the fights, but grenades can also be very useful. Older players know that grenades can be vital to ending fights and achieving victory. Few know how to use them, so here we give you a brief review of the best times to use them.
Frag Grenades deal rapid and significant damage to opponents. Makes them vital while finishing off enemies that have already been knocked out but are hiding in cover. Throwing a grenade is a much more effective and risk-free option to confirm a kill rather than running towards them, as your teammates can be present as backup.
Another good trick for grenades is to watch the time and distance of the throw while keeping the weapon activated. The plan is to drop the grenade so that it explodes at the right moment: neither waiting on the ground for a long time nor exploding in the air.
Efficiency is also the most important thing during the late stages of a match, especially when everyone uses gloo walls to protect themselves. An accurate throw can deal enough damage even to gloo walls, weakening the enemy’s defenses.
Don’t think you should only use frag grenades. Flashbangs serve to deafen and blind their opponents for a few seconds. Therefore, using a flashbang when they know the opponents position can provide a significant advantage.
Finally, know the different grenades of freefire. Players can use smoke to escape opponents by creating a diversion. Similarly, a gloo wall grenade allows them to deploy a temporary shield that can withstand a certain amount of damage. Flashbangs and fragmentation have their own use depending on the circumstances of combat.
