Meanwhile, five out of 10 consider purchasing only through the online channel, in the same proportion as those who plan to combine both channels.

Regarding the demographic profile of those participating in the campaign, the equitable distribution by gender stands out, while 70% are between 25 and 44 years old. Half of those interested in Hot Sale live in the central region of the country and CDMX.

Furthermore, the official website is growing in relevance as one of the main sources of information for those interested in the campaign, because 9 out of 10 value access and visibility of promotions above all; 64% value interaction and consultation of information and 40% value personalized information.

Regarding the preferred purchase categories, Fashion stands out with a purchase intention of 76%, Electronics with 68%, Travel and transportation with 64%, Beauty and personal care with 64%, and Appliances with 62%.

The main reasons for buying online during this event are to save time and travel to physical stores (36%), find more promotions and discounts (34%), and better payment facilities such as interest-free months, deferred payments, etc. (33%).

In relation to the budget allocated for these purchases, 8 out of 10 potential buyers declare that it will be up to 5,000 pesos. Likewise, 8 out of 10 assure that their budget will be the same or increase compared to last year.

Home delivery continues as the favorite delivery method (58%), followed by store pickup (14%) and office delivery (13%). Smart delivery lockers stand out as a practical option to pick up and deliver your products.

93% are looking to make purchases for themselves, followed by 56% who want to buy something for a family member. 44% will look for something for their partner, while 19% will buy something for their pet and 14% for their business.
