The candidate of the far-right Brothers of Italy party, Giorgia Meloni, will vote from 10:00 p.m. at the corresponding electoral college in Rome, thus reserving the leading role before the polls close.
Meloni is the favorite to lead a right-wing government after the general elections this Sunday in which she hopes to “make history.” The far-right leader has thus published a brief message on Twitter: “Let’s write history together.”
He has also posted a video on TikTok in which he appears with a serious expression holding a melon in each hand in front of his chest and says the phrase “September 25. I have said it all” before winking at the camera.
