The President of the European Commission, Ursula Von der Leyen, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs of the EU, Josep Borrell, the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, and 15 European Commissioners arrived in kyiv, which this week hosted a summit of representatives of the European Union. The central issue was Ukraine’s accession path to the EU and the reconstruction of the territory with frozen Russian assets. All this while there is speculation about a great escalation by Russia.
