BERLIN (GERMANY), 6 Sep. (Portaltic/EP) –

Dreame has announced that its new Dreame L40 Ultra robot vacuum cleaner seeks to offer smarter and more agile use of the mop it incorporates with MopExtend RoboSwing technology, which provides three times improved cleaning with reach to hard-to-reach areas.

The smart home solutions brand has taken advantage of its presence at IFA Berlin, which opened its doors to the public this Friday, to present its work focused on “a new era of cleaning,” it said in a press release.

One of the most notable products in its recent catalogue is the Dreame L40 Ultra, a more advanced robot vacuum cleaner that guarantees “deep and effortless cleaning” thanks to its MopExtend RoboSwing technology. Thanks to this, the appliance detects edges and corners using a sensor and is capable of cleaning hard-to-reach areas of up to 4 centimetres.

The extendable side brush also reaches deep under furniture, but can also be raised up to 10.5 mm and used in different scenarios, such as on short-pile carpets.

The manufacturer also indicated that the robot, which has a suction power of 11,000 Pa, has a dirt detection function. It is supported by an RGB camera with artificial intelligence, which allows it to identify the level of persistent dirt and all types of stains.

Other highlights of the Dreame L40 Ultra include its TriCut anti-tangle brush, with three special cutting heads, as well as its automated multi-function base. After completing its work, the robot returns to it to clean the mops with hot water at 65º and dries them with hot air for two hours to avoid bad odors.

DREAME H14 PRO

The company also presented at IFA the new Dreame H14 Pro wet and dry vacuum cleaner, which has a horizontal reach of up to 180º, a liquid separation motor and intelligent distribution of the cleaning product.

With a long-lasting 6 x 5000mAh battery and a 40-minute runtime, this model can cover large spaces of up to 300m2 without interruptions and is equipped with a large 880ml water tank, which facilitates long cleaning sessions.

In addition, its broom format can be compressed up to 14 cm (8.5 cm with the brush head) and has a suction power of 18,000 Pa, thanks to which it can remove the largest particles. It also has Liquid Separation Motor technology, which keeps used water separated from the motor when the device is in a horizontal position to ensure maximum performance.

Dreame has also advanced that this model is powered by a high-speed motor of 14,000 revolutions per minute, which allows the brush to rotate at a speed of 520 rpm during wet cleaning.

It also uses a Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) system, so that the water is heated to 60ºC to dissolve dirt while the brush, equipped with an elastic blade, rotates clockwise.

Then, by turning in the opposite direction, it directs the dirt into the waste water tank and in the last step, it rotates in both directions to achieve the best result. Finally, the brush dries automatically and is ready for the next cleaning session.

To customize your work at home, you can use the app, from which you can regulate the distribution of the cleaning product, the suction power and the water flow. In addition, the H14 Pro also includes an LED display, support for voice control and a head with lighting to detect hidden dust and dirt.
