The dollar in Colombia closed the day on Monday with a new fall and remains below $4,800, it was even close to trading below $4,700.
According to the Stock Marketthe US currency traded at an average price of $4,735, that is, it fell 45 pesos against the TRM of the day, which was $4,780.
The minimum trading price is $4,702, while the maximum is $4,792.
At the close of last week, andhe dollar registered strong volatility, partly as a reaction to rulings by the Council of States and the Constitutional Court.
In the first case, it was due to the pronouncement of the Council of State that provisionally suspended the decree that granted functions to the president, Gustavo Petro, to regulate public services.
This generated that the actions, the dollar in Colombia and the TES will take this announcement as positive.
The other announcement was from the Constitutional Court, which said that it could provisionally suspend the application of a law if it considered that the constitutional order was violated, while the case was studied in depth.
