Cristiano Ronaldo refers to his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez as ‘my wife’

The 39-year-old soccer star sparked rumors that he and Rodriguez, 30, had tied the knot in a recent social media announcement for fitness brand Whoop. While giving a tour of his home gym, Ronaldo referred to his girlfriend with another caption.

“When I’m not training at the club, I like to work out with my wife at home because I can push her and she can push me too,” he said in the Instagram clip shared on Monday, July 29.

Fans were quick to notice Ronaldo’s comment, with one user commenting: “Did he say my wife? Are they secretly married now?” Another fan asked: “When did you get married?” [him] calling her ‘my wife’ 🧐”.

Ronaldo shared the announcement via his Instagram story, but has not publicly commented on whether his and Rodriguez’s relationship status has changed. We weekly has contacted Ronaldo’s representatives for comment.
