Thanks to the technological alliance between Credibanco and Travvis, the ‘smartcar’ solution was launched, which seeks to transform the shopping experience in supermarkets. This type of solution already exists in other countries, but thanks to this alliance, we are pioneers in implementing it in Colombia.
Thus, it is no longer necessary to go through the cash registers to pay, since users can do so in the same market cart without a cashier intervening. of commerce. The carts are available at the Euro La Frontera supermarket in the city of Medellín, since April 11 of this year.

The solution, which is found in shopping carts, is made up of a Tablet, software developed by Travvis powered by artificial intelligence and a Credibanco dataphone.
Every time a customer takes a product, they can scan it on the Tablet and it appears on the screen with its respective price, where the store’s specific discounts can even be applied. Once you have finished your shopping list, you only have to select the payment option (debit or credit) and bring the card close to the dataphone, completing your purchase. When leaving the supermarket, security personnel can validate the purchase by entering a security code. Finally, the invoice will be sent by email to the customer and they can also view it on the Tablet at the end of the purchase.
