Counter Strike: Global Offensive Players Are Using Steam Notes as a Peephole

Just today we were talking about an update to Steam that, among other things, adds a note functionality that we can pin around the screen, and that depending on their opacity, they will be more or less annoying in order to continue with our game.

However, as has been the case for years with erasable markers or tape, Counter Strike: Global Offensive players (soon to become Counter Strike: 2) have managed to find a competitive advantage with their use, and it is to get a coveted noscope – simply killing an enemy without using the scope of a sniper rifle – It is now easier if we place a note with low opacity indicating where our weapon is pointing.

It is obviously not an infallible system.Well, these weapons without the scope are less accurate than if we use them with it, so a noscope is reserved for times when the possibility of hitting the shot is very high or we simply do not have time to take out the sight before taking the shot.

Valve will most likely try to fix this somehow.either by placing a minimum number of characters in the floating notes or in any other way, because although this trick is very old, already being included in monitors for years, it was not expected that a Steam function would end this use for anything related.
