CD Projekt Red has assured that it plans to test all its upcoming titles on the different platforms and consoles available before officially launching them to avoid errors in the final product.
The video game developer launched Cyberpunk 2077 at the end of 2020, a video game that since its inception began to register a series of system failures during the development of the games in the versions for Play Station 4 (PS4) and Xbox One.

CD Projekt Red is aware that “the first stages of this creation process will be more tedious”, but also believes that it will give them “greater control and confidence in later stages.” To do this, it has the support of Epic Game, a part that it considers essential for its “economic and organizational transformation.”
Finally, from the developer they have advanced that their migration to the Unreal Engine 5 game engine has opened up a range of new possibilities, such as the simplification of game development processes.
“In other words, this will allow our developers to create immersive adventures in a more interactive, organized and intuitive way”, they added from CD Projekt in this video, where it has also been commented that this new engine supports graphics “even more realistic and attractive” .
The video game studio announced a few days ago its long-term plans and the projects it is currently working on. Among them, the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077 and five new titles belonging to the universe of The Witcher.
