Capcom confirms what will happen to its Ace Attorney franchise in the future

It was early last month when Capcom released Ace Attorney Investigations Collectiona new collection that brought back the popular lawyer saga that has conquered the community for more than 20 years. Now, the company confirmed whether or not it will continue creating content for the IP.

As you probably know, the saga premiered in 2001 with Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney for Game Boy Advance. Since then it has made an impact due to its interesting characters and its different proposal.

The last game that Capcom released in the franchise was Ace Attorney Investigations Collection on September 6 and those responsible spoke about whether they will continue to support the saga in the future.

It was Capcom’s Kenichi Hashimoto who recently addressed the issue in an interview with NetLab, where he stated that Ace Attorney still has a lot to offer:

“The series Ace Attorney will not stop producing content. We definitely have many directions we want to continue growing in, including mixed media. “There are things we would like to talk about when the time comes to reveal something, but for now I can’t say much,” said the Japanese.

What is Ace Attorney Investigations Collection?

We remind you that this collection will allow you to meet Miles Edgeworth, who goes beyond the courtroom and will appear at crime scenes with renewed graphics, additional features and more.

It is worth mentioning that the delivery includes 2 remastered titles: Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth and the western debut of Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Prosecutor’s Gambit.

Ace Attorney Investigations Collection is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, through Windows and Steam.
