The military association that signed an agreement with Desokupa assures that it will not renounce it and announces legal action
The Spanish Troop and Sailor Association (ATME) has confirmed in a statement made public this Thursday that has received a letter from the Ministry of Defense in which it is required to resolve the agreement signed this week with the Desokupa Club and describes these actions of the department headed by Margarita Robles as “illegitimate interference.”
This association cites the two organic laws that govern both associations and members of the Armed Forces to defend that it is prohibited to intervene in their internal life, defends the agreement signed “with a private entity” and asks: “What problem “Does the Ministry of Defense allow our associates to enjoy a discount on this training?”
ATME assures in the statement that it is not going to renounce “any of the agreements signed” and that it will “actively promote” the judicial actions that it considers pertinent “in response to the attack suffered on our independence.”
