Lively, 36, enjoyed spending time with four of the five original members of ‘synchronization — Throw under, Chris Kirkpatrick, Joey Fatone and JC Chasez – in it premiere of Deadpool and Wolverine in New York City on Monday, July 22.
After Bass, 45, shared a photo capturing the moment via Instagram On Tuesday, July 21, the mother of four posted the photo of Bass on Instagram Stories with his own effusive recollection of the event.
“No one will ever know what this moment meant to me. No one. Ever,” said the actress, who is married to Ryan Reynoldshe wrote. “I live in a simulation. My face knows it. I am the happiest human being in the world.”
The photo showed the four bandmates posing for a picture at the premiere alongside Lively and Reynolds, 47, who plays Deadpool in the upcoming Marvel film.
Lively continued: “Thank you @lancebass @realjoeyfatone @iamckirkpatrick @jcchasezofficial. And to my husband @vancityreynolds for being the most romantic person on the planet and making all my dreams come true last night via @deadpoolmovie. My 10 year old self and also 36 year old self is sobbing.”
Noticeably absent from the group photo was the band’s other member, Justin Timberlakewho is currently on tour in his Forget About Tomorrow World Tour in Europe.

“I’m going to go buy some milk liner pens right now so I can write your name on my hand @vancityreynolds,” Lively wrote in reference to her husband of 12 years. “I should be competitive because @itendswithusmovie comes out in 3 weeks BUT when it comes to your high school obsessions, your feelings after having a baby, or about good men using feminism as a tool, your love for The Wizard of Oz, Succession, Sandy & Danny, driving with Avril blasting, the way the choreography to a certain boy band song got me, Baz Luhrmann’s fireworks to highlight a moment, even down to the fact that our hair color is determined by the seasons and the French method in which it is dyed is so visible…OMG…it’s hard not to encourage my girls to see all the ways we’ve influenced @deadpoolmovie I’ve never been more proud. And I’ve given birth 4 times.”
The New York premiere of Deadpool and Wolverine He brought out a number of celebrities, including Virginwho attended a weird red carpet outing with her 11-year-old twins, Stella and Estere.
N’Sync’s 2000 hit song “Bye Bye Bye” appears on the film’s soundtrack, though Bass is awaiting a call to work with the film studio in a more substantial way.
“Still waiting for the call to join X-Force,” Bass captioned his Instagram photo with Lively and Reynolds. “Now it’s your turn, @marvelstudios.”
