Atari has announced Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebrationa compilation of more than 90 playable titles that review its history on the occasion of its 50th anniversary, including six previously unreleased games that reimagine company classics, which will arrive later this year.

To do this, Atari has partnered with the studio Digital Eclipseresponsible for other compilations such as the 30th anniversary of street-fighter and the Disney Afternoon Collection.
The company adds that the more than 90 games in this compilation include six unpublished titles that reimagine the company’s classics. The latest unreleased title included in the collection is the reimagining of Yar’s Revenge, which will allow the player to switch between the original graphics and a more modernized version of them. In addition, Atari highlights that 50: The Anniversary Collection features interviews with designers and developers, as well as original high-resolution artwork, among other exclusive content.
Atari 50: The Anniversary Collection will arrive in the last quarter of this year on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PS4 and PS5, Steam, Epic Games Store and the Atari VCS.
