The Ukrainian authorities have reported this Friday that at least five people have been injured as a result of a bombardment by Russian troops in the Bakhmut region, in the Donetsk region, in eastern Ukraine.

“In the morning, the Russians bombarded the city with cannons, in the afternoon they launched an air attack. An 11-year-old boy is among the wounded,” the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, said in his Facebook account.

Thus, Kyrylenko has denounced the crimes of the Russian troops. “All the crimes committed by the Russians on our land are deliberate and with a purpose,” he commented, before calling for evacuation as a safe route for civilians.
