The university of Navarra recently announced its Moving Cities Indexwhich lists the smartest cities in the world.

“As can be seen (…) the presence of Latin American cities in the high positions of the global ranking is limited“, mentions the report.

It should be noted that aspects such as human capital, social cohesion, economy, governance, environment, mobility and transportation, urban planning, international projection and technology.
