Respawn Entertainment recently reported that it will launch a cosmetic package for apex legends as part of the new Gaiden event, inspired by various anime and manga. Well, this event does not end there, as it was revealed that a few legends of the game became VTubers and best of all, fans will be able to use them in their broadcasts.
Respawn Entertainment had one more surprise in store for fans of the title, announcing that as part of this exciting event it will include the ability for players to become virtual versions of Octane, Mirage, or Bangalore to enter the VTuber world.
You read that right, Respawn Entertainment not only turned these 3 characters rendered in 2D anime art style, but is allowing all fans to use them “while streaming, creating content, and more.”

How to become a VTuber impersonating Bangalore, Octane or Mirage from apex legends?
Entering the VTuber world requires some dedication and not only using the right tools, but also creating an original character, an avatar that will represent the streamer or content creator in the virtual world.
The latter requires a lot of work as the design needs to be colored and animate its joints to provide more dynamism and the character to come to life as the user speaks and embodies it. However, Respawn Entertainment made this step easier for fans, since it shared folders with all the assets or material of these characters already made and completely ready to use.
In case you missed it: Rhapsody, the new legend of apex legendshas just debuted exclusively for the mobile version.
This was possible thanks to the studio collaborating with specialist designers and animators and ultimately sharing them with the community. Each character pack includes expressions, animations, HUD interfaces, and unique emotes for Octane, Mirage, and Bangalore in their Sea Balance, Marked Man, and Apex Commander outfits, respectively.
Although the resources are freely and publicly available, someone with no knowledge of the matter might have trouble getting started in the world of VTuber, so Respawn Entertainment even prepared an article with all the details to start the streams and even shared a video with step-by-step instructions explained by VTuber Vienna.
