AOC U27B3M: 27 Inch 4K IPS Resolution for Professionals

Monitor manufacturer AOC has announced a model aimed at professionals or content creators: the new AOC U27B3M.

With a 27-inch IPS panel, this monitor does not seek the best response times or the highest frequency, but instead focuses on achieving 4K UHD resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels along with a maximum brightness of 300 nits. Its 60 Hz falls a bit shortsince, although the company sells it as “the perfect frequency” and it is generally a traditional frequency for non-gaming environments, the truth is that its older brothers reach 100 Hz and offer extra fluidity.

This is a very similar variant to the AOC U27B3Cf that the company announced yesterday with 50 nits more brightness.

Connectivity is provided by two HDMI 2.0 ports and a USB-C with DisplayPort. This USB-C, in addition to receiving video signals, also serves as a hub for two USB-A 3.0 ports and for charging laptops or devices at 65 W.

Other notable features include support for Adaptive Sync, HDMI 10, a static contrast of 3,500:1 and 99% DCI-P3 color coverage.

Its direct exchange rate price will be around 300 euros and we still don’t know when it will arrive in our country.
