In 2021, when the profits after the outsourcing reform were delivered, 87,645 million pesos were given.
In July of last year, the Secretary of Labor, Luisa María Alcalde, highlighted that 2.7 million Mexicans received profits for the first time, since they were under the subcontracting scheme.
Between 2020 and 2022, profits grew by more than 126,500 million pesos, according to information from the federal government.
The president highlighted the participation of unions and companies, because thanks to the agreements they have reached, there have been increases in the minimum wage in the current administration.
“I hope that next year we will agree again so that the purchasing power of workers continues to be recovered,” said the president.
